Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.

Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.

They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.

Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.

The tour bus is better. We liked the tour, but I think the tour bus is better because you can get off and on at the sites that interest you most.

An excellent decision. A tour that’s not tiresome and in which you can see amazing things in a short amount of time. A good idea.

The bus was completely full and I could not sit on the upper deck. The visit from inside did not end up being very good.

Better than the tour bus. It makes fewer stops but they tell you many more interesting things, it also goes through the financial district.

You can easily see everything from the outdoor area of the bus. Very well organized.

Good combination. We only went to spend the weekend in Madrid and thanks to this tour, we discovered the most emblematic points of Madrid and enjoy the great works of art of the Prado museum.

In the busy season it’s difficult to gain entry into the Museum and this tour was much easier and cheaper.

We liked it so much. We were able to get an idea of what Madrid looks like and we loved the Prado Museum.

Even if you don’t like museums, I think that a visit to the Prado is essential if you’re in Madrid. I thought it was economical with the views of Madrid from the bus for taking beautiful pictures.

I always used to see the Palace on telly in important ceremonies, and this time I was able to enjoy it first-hand. Amazing in person.

Very good guide. I’d like to point out that we did not have to wait in any queues with the tour in order to enter the Palace, but otherwise there was a very long queue. Excellent visit.

Incredible. The Royal Palace is a spectacular building, well worth a visit. In addition, the guide was great and answered all the questions we asked and was very friendly throughout the visit. The panoramic excursion was good and and we were able to go in the afternoon to places that we found most interesting on our own.

Like a walking encyclopaedia, our guide. Fabulous. I loved the armoury with his cavalry armour, which filled the room.

Fairly good. The bus tour allowed us to make stops to see Real Madrid Stadium and the Plaza de Toros and we saw many of the most important monuments of the city from the bus, although only uppermost monuments as it lasts for about 2.5 hour and there was no enough time to make many stops. The Royal Palace seemed to me much more beautiful and larger than that of Buckingham or Versailles.

When I saw the paintings in front of me after seeing them for so many years in the pages of books, I was very impressed. I enjoyed the entire tour.

Highly recommended. The Museum is impressive and the guided tour was great, you are left wanting more.

The guide tells you many details of the works, the paintings, the historical context… It is a unique and valuable experience. 100% recommended.

Good tour for spending an afternoon with your friends and family.

Goya and Velázquez are the gems of the museum for sure with each one of their paintings. There were many people inside but the guide managed the route and the time spent at each painting very well.

The Royal Palace is definitely worth a visit, its a spectacular building. The guide was very nice and answered all our questions. I highly recommend it

The time we spent in the palace ran short. Its worth the visit, especially because you get to see it without having to queue at the entrance.

An amazing guided tour of the Royal Palace. Id visited the palace a few years ago on another trip to Madrid but didnt get to appreciate it as much until I visited it with this guide. Getting details of every space we visited was definitely worth it.

A must if you go to Madrid. The palace is amazing and the guide is well trained and friendly. She explained every room we saw in great detail and gave us very complete information about the palace and the Spanish monarchy.

I highly recommend it. The tour gives you a very general overview of the museums. Its ideal to see the most important things with the group, and then return on your own to see the rest. Also, you dont have to queue.

Good tour and fantastic organization. We didnt have to queue and got to see each museums highlights in the morning. In the afternoon we were able to return to the Prado Museum and visit it more calmly.

Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.

Incomplete. The tour of the city was good but when we arrived at the Bernabéu stadium we just stayed there, and we don’t know if we missed out on other things of the tour.

Great stadium. The people of Madrid should be proud. I intended to buy something in the shop at the end of the tour for my son but the prices were sky-high.

The bus tour is a little boring but you have another perspective from the open top of all the major areas of the city. But arriving Bernabéu and visiting each of its rooms makes up for it all.

It’s a different and splendid way to see the city. Santiago Bernabéu is spectacular inside and out.

To see the moments of Zidane and the latest championships won by the team is so impressive, even I got excited!
