Tour Reviews
Highly recommended and worthwhile.
Awful audio guide. I couldn’t understand anything, and most of the time one just hears background music. Although it is good for moving easily between the different city sights.
Very friendly staff. The trip is worth doing, especially if you do not have much time to visit the city.
They should check the audios on the seats. In some of the buses we took, the audio was very noisy and annoying, or we couldn’t hear it well.
Madrid is historic and this bus tour is great with the ability to change between the two routes. Also, they had no qualms about moving our trip two days ahead of our reservation.
Excellent tour. The guide was very good and told us several curios facts about the places we saw. A very interesting way to visit Madrid.
A great way to get to know Madrid for the first time and it helped us decide where to return to see in greater detail on foot.
I’d recommend it. The bus tour was quite good to see a few of the capital’s main attractions. You get an overall idea of what places to visit later on your own.
Splendid trip. Short but intense.
I recommend this tour for travellers who have limited time and want to do something touristy.
I think the stop at the Rock café was too much and was a waste of time that could have been spent in the Prado Museum.
Exceptional tour through the museum. Very useful if you don’t have much time in the city.
Suitable to see the main attractions of the city. It was a good first contact. We ended up in the Prado Museum with a guided tour by the paintigns of Velázquez Goya… Sensational.
Even if you don’t like museums, I think that a visit to the Prado is essential if you’re in Madrid. I thought it was economical with the views of Madrid from the bus for taking beautiful pictures.
Good tour. The guide gave us good information of the city during the bus tour and the visit to the Prado Museo was great.
Excellent bilingual guide. I particularly liked the view that I enjoyed from the bus. It gives you the opportunity to take quite a few photos from a unique perspective.
It was worthwhile. The best was the guided tour to the Palace as we visited the main rooms and the information of the guide was very good. The bus tour was good to know the different areas of Madrid central: the commercial, financial and the historical.
I’m a traveller and I think that it’s one of the best preserved palaces in all of Europe. Original architecture and great interior decoration along with its exterior gardens.
Great. We were few doing the tour and the explanations of the guide were very close and personalized at the Royal Palace. I would recommend it without hesitation.
Excellent tour!!
Spectacular. The building and the exhibitions are impressive, but if you go out you cannot go back in.
Highly recommended. The Museum is impressive and the guided tour was great, you are left wanting more.
We were spared from the long queue. Going on a weekend is best for skipping the long queues and also having a guide.
I love it. It is a luxury with the number of works they have to revel with them. Highly recommended for any art lover.
Very interesting. A more than recommended tour, although not if you’re an art guru or expert.
The Royal Palace is definitely worth a visit, its a spectacular building. The guide was very nice and answered all our questions. I highly recommend it
100% recommended. The guide gave us amazing explanations throughout the entire tour and we didnt have to queue to enter.
The Royal Palace is incredible, you can feel the history in every corner. The guide told us several details and anecdotes about the royal family and their history and some of the rooms were very interesting.
The best palace in Western Europe. Its huge and has a lot of history and art. Its a shame they dont let you take pictures.
If you visit Madrid you need to see the Royal Palace. Its one of the most important places in the city due to its history and beauty. The only thing I didnt like is that we couldnt take pictures inside the Palace.
I highly recommend it. The tour gives you a very general overview of the museums. Its ideal to see the most important things with the group, and then return on your own to see the rest. Also, you dont have to queue.
The best way to visit both museums. A great tour through the works of the most noted artists and paintings in the Reina Sofia and Prado museums. We wouldve missed a lot of their history and anecdotes if wed done it on our own.
The Prado Museum is better than the Reina Sofía museum. I went with my husband and we loved the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía not so much.
Its definitely worth it to see both museums works while getting some explanations. You get to appreciate it much more.
Good guide and organization. Our guide was very professional and pleasant, knew the paintings and painters history very well. Amazing.
Good organization and great guide. The tour was very interesting and varied.
A great tour of the history of Madrid. We walked by very interesting places, buildings, streets, squares and shops.
A night to remember. Seeing the city highlights at night is beautiful. The lights create a special atmosphere.
Good value for money. We were able to appreciate the history of every important place in the center of Madrid thanks to the guide.
Good tour with a lot of history and great places. We werent many in this walking tour so it was like doing a private tour.
As the tour was only a few hours, it seemed silly to stop to get something to drink even though it was included in the price. Bernabéu is unique.
I loved the interactive screens, but even better was the trophy room where I had to take multiple photos to capture all of them.
The bus tour is a little boring but you have another perspective from the open top of all the major areas of the city. But arriving Bernabéu and visiting each of its rooms makes up for it all.
Good way to visit Madrid and the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. We had enough time to tour the main streets of Madrid and see the Real Madrid stadium and its history, all in one morning.
We enjoyed it a lot. The bus circuit around Madrid was quite educational, we went past the Prado gate, the Sun Gate, the Alcalá Gate… and the stadium is impressive, I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys football.
